OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
Unite all industry participants
Hotel Business Forum was created to develop and improve service in Uzbekistan, introduce international standards and norms for mutually beneficial cooperation
HBF is scheduled to be held on March 2 and 3, 2023. The main topic of the forum is Hospitality Trends: from service collaboration to IT solutions. It is planned to touch upon such topics as: IT sphere, ecology, digitalization of services, education and personnel as the main "Locomotive" in the development of the hotel industry.
The forum will be divided into sections: Plenary session and the official part, as well as panel sessions on topics.
The event is a platform for discussing current trends in the field of hospitality, bringing together leading international experts.
Speakers and moderators - hoteliers, tour operators, marketers, representatives of an IT company, hotel service providers, who shared their best cases on overcoming the crisis.
At the same time, an Interactive B2B exhibition presenting a full range of products and services for the HoReCa segment, which are the leading providers of hotel services will be organized at the Forum, These are manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, professional utensils and inventory, furniture, interior items, professional textiles, uniforms, automation of security systems, light and sound.
The HOTEL BUSINESS FORUM event is the only major business event that managed to gather representatives of departments whose tasks include tourism development at the previous forum.
A communication business platform for an open and constructive dialogue between the state and business on the most pressing issues of quantitative and qualitative development of the hotel market was organized.
