uring the visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan to Turkey to exchange experience and knowledge in the field of tourism, Chairman of the Hoteliers Association of Uzbekistan Abdullayeva Farangiz and Vice-President of the Hoteliers Association of Turkey (TÜROB) Khedie Gyural Gyul signed a Memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the field of tourism.

The signed document is aimed at establishing cooperation between Uzbek and Turkish tourist organizations involved in the development of international tourism.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged experience and knowledge in the field of hotel business.
It should be noted that the Association TÜROB was founded in 1971 under the name of the Turkish Hoteliers Association of the Marmara region and consisted of 13 people.

Under this name it operated until 1983 and after the change of the law on associations, continued its activities as the Association of tourist hotel owners, operators and investors (TUROB).
It received the official name TÜROB (Hoteliers Association of Turkey) in 2015.

Today it faces such tasks as:

• Conduct scientific and practical research on issues in the field of tourism, finding problem points, contribute to their solution.
• Ensuring the development of the tourism industry and tourist facilities in accordance with changing trends.
  
  

We believe that cooperation between our organizations in the field of tourism will lead to immediate growth and development of the industry as a whole.
