April 15, 2020 in Moscow will host the Award for the best hotel "World Crystal Awards". The mission of this event is to identify leading companies and outstanding initiatives in the hotel market, assess innovative, vivid solutions and ideas.

"World Crystal Awards" is a new, but rather large-scale project:
- more than 200 applications
- more than 100 participants
- 36 members of the expert jury
- 12 nominations
- more than 20 partners
Within the framework of the Prize, a business program will also be held that will facilitate the establishment of professional contacts:
- MICE workshop (A personal meeting of exhibitors with potential customers. Not only Russian, but also foreign representatives will take part in the workshop)
- conference (Global review of the issue of hotel security from the perspective of representatives of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, Rostourism, the BSIA Association, the TEEMA Association, the CEIEC Association, the ISIO Association and other experts in this field)
- exhibition area (Acquaintance with the products of domestic and foreign companies in the field of hotel services, special attention will also be paid to the integrated security system.)
It's not so easy the main topic of the business program is security. This specificity makes the event absolutely unique, as this is the first project that touches on this topic in the hotel industry.
Thus, the event will be divided into 2 large parts:
• day - which will include the entire business program;
• evening - will be held in the format of a gala dinner to announce the results of the Prize.
